The story of Guatemalan coffee is one of great hardship. This coffee is considered by many to be the best coffee in the world. The amount of care that goes into growing it is a work of art in itself. To grow coffee in  Guatemala , the soil and the soil conditions are, of course, of prime importance, but so are the trees that give the coffee it’s much needed shade to reach its peak before being harvested.
