Coffee Liquors - The Perfect End To A Day

Most of these types of alcoholic beverages have relatively low proofs, and some of them tend to be a little on the pricier side, but the people who drink them regularly will almost universally agree that they are worth the price, and can add a touch of class to even the most mundane day. If you are in the market for coffee liquors, choose the product that’s right for you based on what you intend to use it for.  For example, if you are intending to do straight shots, you are probably going to want to spring for the highest end brand available.  You get what you pay for, and the good stuff just goes down a lot easier than the cheap stuff. It is smoother and tends to have less of a bitter aftertaste.  I t is important to keep in mind that cheap coffee is generally inferior to the more expensive brands, and coffee liquors are really no different.  While in some cases it is just a matter of personal preference (some people just prefer a particular brand over the rest, regardless of price or proof.) Coffee liquors are also fabulous for making faux coffee alcoholic beverages, which can be extremely festive and unexpected when served to your guests.  As these types of liquors are very well suited to mixing with dairy products (like milk, cream, and ice cream), you can concoct a variety of alcohol-infused, coffee house quality beverages in the comfort of your own home for your next get together. Since these  liquors are equally suitable for hot and cold beverages, you can make delicious and universally loved coffee infused beverages that can be easily modified and served any time of year.  That means that you don’t need a huge drink repertoire to keep your guests and yourself satisfied. With just  a few tweaks, you can adjust a few core drinks in such a manner that they are readily gulped down by even the most discriminating and finicky of party-goers. However, one of the most time-tested and accepted ways to incorporate coffee liquors into your daily routine is to simply add a shot or two (depending on the time of day and your personal preference) to your cup of hot coffee.  In fact, if you do it just right, you might not even be able to taste the coffee liquor at all.  Of course, whenever you add alcohol to a hot beverage, it important to keep temperature in mind.  Remember that if you boil the coffee liquors, the alcohol content will evaporate away.
