Coffees - No Shortage of Variety or Distinction

The following is an example of some of the many countries that produce exquisite coffees and perhaps an individual would want to begin their coffee exploration here at any one of these superior coffee producing countries or one of the many others that are as equally as superior. Yemen Coffees that come from Yemen have the advantage as being one of the oldest sources in the world for the coffee bean taking second place to Ethiopia. There are variations to Yemen coffee but its main characteristics are that of having a very in depth earthy taste, which seems to be complex in nature. One can almost sense a taste of dried fruit as well as cardamom, dry cinnamon, and even a slight hint of tobacco. It is dry processed and harvested between November and December. Java Many time people will loosely use the word java when it comes to coffee, simply using it as another name for coffee without realizing that there actually is a true form of Java coffee. It’s an extremely superior cup of coffee in that it is not as heavily bodied as many others and one can detect a hint of spice with smoke in its characteristics. Java coffee is processed wet, which has an impact on a slight reduction in the body, yet makes the acidity a little more distinct. The earthy taste is somewhat weakened as well. None of this is detrimental to the exquisite production of high quality brewed coffee that is capable of coming from the Java coffee bean. Harvesting time is from June to October. As you can see these are just two samples of the vast differences in coffees that is grown in some of the countries throughout the world. Imagine with over forty countries in coffee production just how many varieties you have to look forward to during your quest for the perfect cup of coffee according to your taste buds. One could take the exact same coffee bean and drastically change its final outcome from just one-minute change.  This can often make it tricky when it comes to settling on a particular coffee. Remember it’s not just the country or the bean itself that you have to consider. There is the harvesting, roasting, grinding and preparation as well.
